I'm having big troubles with logging into my account matssundinnnn Roobet typically replies in a few minutes. The following chatlog happened between me and the customer support: Please be aware that this can also happen to you. For anyone that want to verify if this is true or not, watch the video above and then send me a message on twitch, I made this account a month ago and last logged in 4 days ago. All I ask for is a fair treatment, I'm gratefully for Xposed to give me this great opportunity, yet Roobet took it away as if it never happened. Now they decided to completely mute me, because they know they are in the wrong. I gave them all the information they needed, date of birth, full name and the date I created this account. Nevertheless, they would not opt for this option. I askes them to contact me through twitch, to the account that won the giveaway, so I could verify that I'm the winner of the 1000 dollars and prove that this account belongs to me. I never set an e-mail for that account to start with, so when they asked me to verify the e-mail I knew something was wrong. They then mentioned that this account is not mine. First I thought that there was an error or mistake, so I contacted their customer support from another account. After Xposed transferred 1000 dollars to my account, I tried to log in with my username and password, however, this was not possible anymore. In the following clip, you can see that I won 1000 dollars (05.44,50). They directly closed my account after the 1000 dollars were assigned to my account by xposed. He is an amazing streamer and truely deserves all the opportunities he gets. I was one of the lucky subscribers of XPOSED that won 1000 dollars on one of his giveaways.
